As well as managing gale | jordan associates’ growth, Mr. Gale has been active in the formation of environmental legislation through participation in various public and legislative forums.

• Invited by the California Legislature to testify before the Assembly Committee on Housing and Community Development
• Served on the Assembly’s Asbestos Task Force
• Served as Technical advisor to the California Assembly Committee on Governmental Efficiency and Consumer Protection
• Member of the Advisory Committee to the Assembly Select Committee on Construction Issues (formerly the Select Committee on the Unlicensed Contractor)
• Appointed by Cal/OSHA to serve on the advisory committee that promulgated the Asbestos Consultant Certification law’s requirements
• Served on the Building Owners and Managers Association’s (BOMA) Political Action Committee (PAC) and its Government Affairs committee
• Served on the Codes and Regulations Committee as the representative for asbestos issues
• Member of the Cal/OSHA Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Advisory Committee
• Appointed to the National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS) Committee to create an Operations & Maintenance Manual for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and General Services Administration (GSA) for managing asbestos in buildings
• Appointed to the NIBS Committee for the revision of the Asbestos O&M Guidance Manual, in order to reflect changes in federal regulations
• Appointed to serve on the NIBS committee to create a Lead Abatement Model Guide Specification under the sponsorship of the states of New Jersey and California and the Federal Housing and Urban Development Agency (HUD)

Formerly, Mr. Gale was Vice President/Operations of one of the nation’s largest environmental services company. In that role he counseled building owners, managers, brokers and lenders, and coordinated projects ranging from several thousand to several million dollars.

Mr. Gale is a Cal/OSHA Certified Asbestos Consultant. He is EPA/AHERA accredited for Supervision of Asbestos Abatement Projects, Building Inspection for Asbestos, Management Planning for Asbestos and Project Design for Asbestos Abatement Projects.

Mr. Gale is a Summa Cum Laude graduate in Political Science and Management from Rutgers University.
