gale | jordan associates, inc. is wholly owned and managed by two partners, Christopher K. Gale and Thomas A. Jordan.
As well as managing gale | jordan associates’ growth, Mr. Gale has been active in the formation of environmental legislation through participation in various public and legislative forums.
Formerly, Mr. Gale was Vice President/Operations of one of the nation’s largest environmental services company. In that role he counseled building owners, managers, brokers and lenders, and coordinated projects ranging from several thousand to several million dollars.
Mr. Gale is a Cal/OSHA Certified Asbestos Consultant. He is EPA/AHERA accredited for Supervision of Asbestos Abatement Projects, Building Inspection for Asbestos, Management Planning for Asbestos and Project Design for Asbestos Abatement Projects.
Mr. Gale is a Summa Cum Laude graduate in Political Science and Management from Rutgers University.
In this role Thomas Jordan not only counsels and advises, but also presents lectures and seminars to many of California’s most prominent owners, brokers, managers, lenders and architectural firms regarding environmental issues.
Mr. Jordan is a Cal/OSHA Certified Asbestos Consultant. Mr. Jordan is accredited by the Environmental Protection Agency for EPA/AHERA Supervision of Asbestos Abatement Projects, Building Inspection for Asbestos, Management Planning for Asbestos and Asbestos Project Designer.
Mr. Jordan has earned the designation Certified Mold Inspector by the Environmental Assessment Association. He is a Certified Environmental Consultant, a Senior Designated Member of the Environmental Assessment Association. Mr. Jordan is a Certified Environmental Manager in accordance with the Environmental Assessment Association.
Formerly, Mr. Jordan was the Regional Sales Manager of one of the nation’s largest environmental services (abatement) companies. Prior to that, he was a Certified Real Estate Appraiser, credentialed by the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers.
Mr. Jordan has more than 40 years of experience in construction and real estate development.
Mr. Jordan majored in Economics at St. Johns University, New York.
